The Unenforceable Credit Agreement Process
The Consumer Credit Act of 1974 was brought about to protect UK Consumers, however the terms that allowed the consumer protection were not clear and therefore for decades the Credit Industry was allowed free reign with little resistance or challenge from Consumers.
As a result of modifications to the CCA, consumers now have the grounds to actively pursue compensation from lenders with whom they have historical arrangements, on the basis that the relationship was unfair at the time that a credit agreement was taken out. Basically you can now legally wipe credit card debt or any kind of debt of the agreement is unenforceable.
To find out whether your credit agreement is unenforceable, and have £1,000's wiped off your debts, then here is what you need to do now:

The first thing that will happen is you will be asked to sign an authorisation form so that our experts can act on your behalf. If you don't already have a copy of your Credit Agreement(s) then this will be requested from the lender(s).
Our credit experts will then review your exisiting credit agreements and see whether they contain all the necessary terms and conditions. If it's established that the agreement is unenforceable you will be notified and the process of having your debts cleared will begin. This will entail our experts acting on your behalf so you will be instructed to stop using your credit cards, if this happens to be one of the UCA. Whether you have a UCA with a credit card company or a loan company our experts will ensure you are no longer contacted by the lender. This will ensure that you are not hassled by the companies concerned who may feel they can get you to stop proceedings.
Once a claim against the lenders gets under way you will be given further instructions by our experts. In certain cases it may take 3-6 months for all UCA monies to be paid. And in certain cases you may even be entitled to claim back interest on any monies already paid out.
If you would like to speak with one of our unenforceable credit agreements experts and see whether your agreements are no longer valid then please make sure and contact us today. |
